HCT-1225WZ--Machine Introduction: 

1.HCT-1225WZ 12 axes CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine adopts TaiWan CNC control system and Japan Servo Motors to control the feeding system and Cam system synchronously. It is suitable for making various Compression spring, Extension spring, Single (double) torsion spring, Tower shaped compression spring, Flat wire spring, Magazine spring, Spiral spring and any kind wire forms.

2. It is designed with no rocker arm and camless, the slide base is separately controlled by eight Servo Motors, There are total 12 axis, 8pcs slider axis (the eight sliders are controlled separately by eight Servo Motors), 1pc Wire Feeding Axis, 1pc Quill rotating Axis, 1pc Wire Rotation Axis and 1pc Spinner Axis.

3. It's with wire rotation function, so it can rotate at 360 degrees and it's convnient to make the complex angles and hooks with short time.

4. It's optional with hydraulic scissor, so it's easy to cut the big wire and greatly reduce the damages to the quill and machine.

5. It's optional with Pneumatic Front Safety Door, which can greatly increase the safety.
