HCT-212 Machine Introduction:

HCT-212 High Speed Spring Coiling Machine adopts Japan servo motor and TaiWan control system (Spring Length Gauge is optinal). Feeding axis, Cam axis, and Pitch axis, which can work independently and synchronously. It is matched with Left and Right hand Cutter base and optional Torsion Spring device, which can produce kinds of Compression Spring, torsion spring and extension spring  with the advantage of shorter-testing time and high production rate. The third axis is the Pitch axis which can make the spring more easily to save the testing time and cost of the moulds.

1. This machine can manufacture compression spring ,simple torsion spring .side hook spring ,oil seal spring, Clockwork spring, Card pick, orthodontic braces dental arch wire, medical catheter, sheath spring .

2. The machine interface allows easy programing in place. the software can be updated by usb port and RS232 Port. The machine has 2 axis which are wire feed axis and cam axis, the cam axis drives cam to form the spring by controlling outside diameter spaces and cutting blade.

3. This machine is much easier to adjust than traditional machine.

4. It can produce spring with minimum wire diameter of 0.3mm and maximum wire diameter of 1.2mm. It has high precision and high speed. It can make 600 springs/minute at the fastest.

5. We use iron gears to prevent slipping and long life. If you use nylon gears, it is easy to slip and has a short life.

6. The wire feeding gear and the wire feeding motor gear of our machine are soaked in the oil for 24 hours. If the oil pump is used to drop the butter to the gear for a period of time, it takes time and efforts, and the butter will pop out when the machine is running.

7. The wire feeding gear has small clearance and high precision.

9.We use Japan Yaskawa Servo Motor, HUST controller. imported Swedish bearings, Panasonic Panasonic inverter for transmission frame, Omron relay, wire feeder motor and reducer are all made in Taiwan, with good quality and fast production speed.
